We are a family of entrepreneurs that come from Healthcare and Precision Manufacturing, and we understand the challenges inherent in operating closely held businesses.

Syrinx Group is an entrepreneurial investment fund seeking to invest and accelerate growth for a Single Business in Precision Manufacturing or other industry with a defensible niche product/service offering.

We are hands-on, active growth-minded Owner/Operators. We believe that long-lasting success is built by diligence, hard work, and humility.

We aim to forge long-lasting and collaborative relationships with founders, family ownership groups, and the companies that they are deeply invested in – both financially and emotionally.

We will focus 100% of our attention and effort on partnering with a transitioning owner to ensure that we are capable stewards of their hard work.

We are not a private equity firm, and we do not want to “flip” your business.

Our focus is on preserving what makes your company unique and using that to sustainably grow the business so that we can provide stability for employees, customers, and stakeholders alike.

Our Managing Director will transition into full-time management and will partner with the current management team to smoothly transition management responsibilities.

NEEL PATEL
Managing Director
Neel has extensive experience in Precision Manufacturing and currently serves as Vice President at Florida Anodize System & Technologies, Inc (FAST). At FAST, he leads the company’s FAST ColourLock™ product offering to medical/surgical OEMs, as well as the business’ quality management initiatives. Earlier in his career, he worked in program management for Raytheon Missile Systems in Tucson, Arizona. Neel has earned his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Strategy.

RAVI PATEL
Ravi is a Founder of Florida Anodize System & Technologies, Inc., and has been President of the company since its inception. He specializes in operations and is an expert in anodic coating applications.

BHASKER PATEL, MD
Bhasker is a Founder of Florida Anodize System & Technologies, Inc., and has been Vice President of Business Development of the company since its inception. He is a practicing physician, and in the past has founded several ventures including a medical software firm, and a real estate investment company.
